As Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact people and businesses across the UK and globally, we wanted to reassure our customers, suppliers and partners regarding our robust business continuity plans and the approach we are taking to allow us to continue supporting our customers during this period.

Currently, we are operating business as usual with no impact on the delivery of projects or application support. We are holding Microsoft Teams and telephone meetings with our customers in place of face-to-face meetings to ensure projects and any professional matters continue to progress as planned.

Following advice from the Government and Public Health England (PHE), Triangle is permitting its workforce to work remotely from home. As a result, Triangle is adapting its business in the following ways:

  • All systems for managing enquiries, quotes, order processing, project management, project design, data processing etc. would be remotely accessed by our workforce to facilitate home working and the continued delivery of customer projects. This is something we already have in place and our workforce already use on a regular basis.
  • Microsoft Teams will be used to facilitate any internal communications and will be used to work with our customers, suppliers and partners for continued productive collaboration. Our phone lines and email communications remain available.
  • We have temporarily suspended all face-to-face meetings during the period of the lockdown. Where appropriate in relation to project and application support requirements we will recommend online communication alternatives, where feasible.

None of our customer’s data is at risk during this period of remote working and our standard security and data procedures remain in place. We remain entirely committed to supporting our customers with any new or ongoing projects, application support requirements and any other queries.
